Do you feel confused with some of the terms in the Gym Trainer’s articles? There’s nothing to worry about, here’s list of the bodybuilding and fitness terms:
drop sets – it’s when begin a set with a heavier weight and toward the end of the set you switch to a lower weight and complete a few more reps.
giant set – a group of three or four sets that work the same muscle group.
reps – the short for repetitions and it means one complete movement through an exercise.
sets – a group of repetitions.You can also hear ‘rest period in between sets’ and it means how long you “relax” in between sets.
super set – a set of exercises with no rest periods in between.
