  • 100 ml. water

Combine all products until a homogeneous liquid mixture. Cool before serving.

Avocado Hummus

Serves: 6
Preparation time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1400 g chick peas / dried and washed
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp Tabasco
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread / Falafel

Preparation:

Simply mix all ingredients together using a food processor until you get a homogeneous mixture. Put the finished compost in a bowl and cover with plastic film.
Cool in the refrigerator (per hour). Serve with warm bread / falafel.
