Green Tea Diet Weight Loss

For all who are weary of deprivation to control their weight, a new light that illuminates the tunnel towards the ideal figure.
Well, we did not want to sound complicated, but you share that Dr Lindsay Brown, a pharmacologist at the University of Brisbane, Australia, found that green tea helps the natural process of losing weight.
According to her study 3 cups a day of great drink reduce fat in the body. And this happens even with a diet rich in carbohydrate and high fat foods.
Australian observed rats for 8 weeks were fed with highly caloric. This resulted in a doubling of body fat, as well as to raise their blood pressure.
Then the diet of rodents was added green tea mixed with small amounts of mint, grape seed and olive leaf. The results were quick and clear – the rats lost weight in a short time, and their blood pressure normalized.
All this happened, although their menu is still there and quite foods high in carbohydrates and fat.
According to Dr. Brown, the minimum daily amount of magical tea mix 3 cups, which would improve overall health.
Effective part of combination are green tea, grape seed and olive leaf especially. All together they stop the production of inflammatory chemicals from fat cells that would otherwise attract more fat and thus cause cells to grow.
Mint does it just adds more flavor in the case.
We are not aware of any such tea blend at home, but hopefully this will soon change. Until then you can drink green tea in combination with olive leaf for example, at least they are easy.
