After holidays, our stomachs most often resemble bags of presents to Santa Claus. We want the first time to go to work like we have all the best of the celebration, unless it has affected us in the figure.
Here are some ideas on how to cleanse your body with some remnants of the festive table.
In the morning drink a green tea without sugar. To it add the hard boiled yayde a small piece of cheese (of pastry products).
Between breakfast and lunch, enjoy the fruits that are left, but Eat only one kind – only mandarin only oranges, apples only.
At lunch (depending on what meat was present on New Year’s weight) eat a small piece of steak or chicken. To add a fresh salad garnish – green or otherwise, you have, but in no event cabbage and carrots.
To use the snack again fruit.
Evening meal before another drink green tea and eat a little salad. This will boost the body to discard all food accumulated in the last few days.
