Unsuccessful training – What can be the reason?

Sometimes exercise and frequent visits to the gym does not give the desired results. The reason may lie in their poor performance or lack of appropriate training program.Not using the weights may be one reason to build up muscle mass slowly. Lifting weights, dumbbells and barbells stimulate muscle fibers and consequently the growth of muscle mass.
Combined exercises with weights and throwing medical balls can increase results by working on several muscle groups.
Excessive stress can also have adverse effects on the overthrow of overweight and tightness of muscles. Regulation of intensity is essential to reduce potential injuries and beautiful and gradually shaping muscles.
An important prerequisite during exercise is filling a correct posture. Thus loaded the desired muscle groups for a short period of time, avoid perception of tearing muscle fibers and tendons and burning calories is more intense.
Do not delude themselves that spending more hours in the gym, even once a week are enough to get lean and tight body. Regular classes and persistence can make the result more of the first month, unlike the one-week training, which takes time of about 3 months, and sometimes more due to differences in body type for everyone.
