Geena Davis’ Workout Routine
For the preparation of his role for the The Long Kiss Goodnight movie, Geena Davis trained both ice skating and tae kwon do. Her workout routine includes exercises on the rowing machine which is a great machine that can allow you to work the the leg, the back, and the arms. Also, Davis trained 2 years archery.
