The people that follow the Atkins diet should eat 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. Each of the nutrition should contain protein. The women should consume 112 gr protein and between 1500 and 1800 calories per day. The men – 126 gr protein and between 1800 and 2200 calories daily.
The foods that should be avoided are desserts, rice, fruit juices, pastas, and breads. The vegetables are allowed by the Atkins diet.
If you like the coffee, the good news is that if you follow the Atkins diet, you can drink coffee as well.
Some of the recommended food by the Atkins Diet Plan are beef, shrimp, cucumber, zucchini, avocado, walnuts, fish, cheese, eggs, black beans, broccoli, lettuce, tomato, grapefruit, macadamias, chicken, olive oil, spinach, onions, peppers, and berries.
