The elliptical trainer machine has become one of the most popular fitness equipments and you see it in many fitness and home gyms. Using it, you can simulate walking and/or running on it. The elliptical machine allows you to train your entirely body: When you train on an elliptical machine you move your legs in an elliptical pattern while your arms move the machine’s handles forth and back.
Here you can learn how to perform the Elliptical Trainer Exercise:
1. Before starting, make a short warm up that will prevent your body from injuries during the exercise on the elliptical trainer.
2. Step onto the elliptical machine facing the console. Typically, if you don’t push the pedals, the machine wouldn’t become turned on.

3. Turn on the elliptical trainer’s monitor and begin pedaling in a forward motion using your feet and pulling and pushing on the handles evenly.
