1. Lack of Consistency

Many people who start following some diet program change it with another rather different program. It reduce the effect.

Solution: Consult with your gym trainer for a diet program that is suitable for you and try to follow it consistently.

2. Rest

If you rest between sets for much time it will slow the number of burned calories and fats, which will slow your progress down.

Solution: Try to be more motivated and concentrated in the gym, it’ll make your fitness workout much more effective.

3. You’ve hit a plateau

It happens to everyone who train in the gym, no matter if it’s bodybuilding or a fitness workout.

There are comes a time when we reach a training plateau and it slow our progress.

Solution: Change something in your workout program. You can ask also the gym trainer for a help.

4. Overeating

You may thing that you don’t each much but you cannot be sure unless you count all calories in your daily food.

Solution: Just try to count the average calories in your daily food. In the beginning it’ll be harder, but after some period of time it’ll become easy for you to calculate how much calories you take.

5. Little exercise in the gym

If you don’t train enough in the gym, you won’t be able to burn enough calories and fats. Then you won’t gain progress.

Solution: To lose weight, you’ll need to workout 5-6 days a week at 60-70% of heart rate for 30-45 min.
